Angela is an Australian-born Eurasian actress, brought up in Tasmania and now based in the UK.
Coming to England in 1992, Angela trained with Tom Wheatley and Marianna Hill at the London branch of the Lee Strasberg Institute (now the Method Studio), and then went on to complete the post-graduate acting course at the London Centre for Theatre Studies. After graduating in 1996, she set up the theatre company Animus with playwright John Farndon, taking lead roles in their productions at the Riverside Studios, the Pleasance, Edinburgh, and the Bridewell.
After a break of several years, Angela returned to acting in 2005. Since then she has worked on a diverse range of projects – including several independent shorts and commercials, as well as plays and readings at the King’s Head, the Royal Court and the Greenwich Theatre.
